Maureen “Mo” McHugh is a Chicago native who has spent the last 25 years in the Mid-Atlantic area embracing the Chesapeake Bay lifestyle. Prior to moving to Saint Michael’s, she was a sales and marketing executive based in Baltimore with the G. Heileman Brewing Company, the financial institution Legg Mason, and the non-profit fundraiser, Barton Cotton. Seven years ago, Mo and her husband Tim decided to relocate to Talbot County for a more relaxed experience. This move turned out to be “paradise found” and was the beginning of a new career venture pairing previous marketing experience and people skills with a love of real estate in the Land of Pleasant Living.

In addition to real estate, Mo and her husband are property managers for various vacation rentals, private homeowners, and their own year-round waterfront community, The Homes at Perry Cabin. She is also a resident “concierge” with a luxury vacation club that relies on her local expertise and knowledge to provide an amazing getaway experience. In her free time, Mo can be found walking to town, playing tennis, and taking in the view of the Miles while entertaining family and friends with her famous homemade crab cakes. Mo’s enthusiasm for the Eastern Shore is contagious and she shares it with everyone she meets. Mo is passionate about the area and wants to help pair others with the coastal home and lifestyle of their dreams… When you love what you do… you’ll never work another day of your life!
